Numbers one and two could both be correct to some degree.

During the swarm attack, having been attacked it seems that they wind up and ramp up almost like throttling up a jet-turbine and bio-system chemical releases seem to work that way in most animals, when they go in for the kill. Dogs do it, Humans do it, Birds of Prey do it. I imagine it is a normal and common thing amongst species. Now if that has been adapted and utilized over the millions of years into a communication system other than “kill” or “fight response” well I just do not know. But it is not out of the question.

The insects could be doing that or something similar with sound and that excites the grouping or swarm to become more involved in the mission or task and release chemicals stored for such a purpose. And where as someone may say I am nuts, I have observed such things. What do you think of these awesome little creatures now? Pretty smart to swarm like that isn’t it? Consider all this in 2006.

Once I got the figures, I then went ahead to create
a title that included these words in them.

It doesn’t seem obvious by looking at the title of
my article but what I did simply was to increase
the chances of this article getting read by the
191981 who are likely to search for these terms
this month.

How did I get that figure?

It is simple. Since my article title contains each
one of these words or group of phrases, each time
they are searched for, the search engine sees them
as relevant and shows my article to the searcher.

You can get started for keyword research by using
Overture Keyword Tool, presently located at

That is not all. You need to create the perfect SEO
traffic generating machine by creating keyword
density.

This is another simple but immensely rewarding
tweak. Just make your “major” words.. I mean your
keywords to show up over and over again with the
body of your article. This creates keyword density.

Since search engines are designed to look at
content and rank them based on the number of times
keywords are repeated in the content, doing this
(making your materials keyword dense) will increase
your article’s “loveability” by the search engines
and will mean more traffic reward.

In 1985, at the beginning of the cell phone era, cell phone users in the world totaled only about 200,000. Today, according to CTIA-The Wireless Association, there are nearly 200 million in the US alone!

In the past some waxed futuristic, saying that someday there will be a cell phone in every car. No one, not even its creator, could imagine that the cell phone would become the most significant consumer electronic device in history; bigger than its wired cousin; bigger than TV’s; even bigger than PC’s.
But that’s exactly what’s happening.

A report by the Gartner Group projected that by 2009, manufacturers will be selling 1 billion cell phones each year. By then, 2.6 billion people worldwide will be using cell phones, Gartner says.

The cell phone’s impact is so huge because it’s so widespread. A business associate of mine visiting a developing country in Latin America noticed a man riding a bike with a state of the art cell phone on his belt. To him a cell phone took priority over motorized transportation. Anything so big, so powerful, so far reaching can literally transform society.

Many sources project that this year cell phones will outnumber land lines in the US. Right now the mighty cell phone is challenging the desktop PC as the single most important productivity and entertainment tool. With worldwide ring tone sales reaching more than US $4 billion last year, most via over the air downloads charged to the cell phone bill, the viability of the cell phone as a commerce platform has already been proven.

So it’s easy to see how social change can happen. Cell phones are now an intrinsic part of our life. When we misplace them we panic, when we break them we seek counseling, when we lose them we mourn. Our entire life – phone numbers, contact names, important dates, kids pictures, favorite games, CD collection – is stored on this mass of silicon and copper wiring.

Just exactly how the cell phone will affect our future no one can be certain. But we can be certain that the effect on society will be huge. Will our identity be tied to our cell phone number; will cell phones become digital wallets; will they be electronic leashes keeping track of our children; will we someday be able to get USDA approved Motorola cell phone implants?

Who knows? One thing we do know is that new businesses will pop up, new ways to make money will be discovered, we’ll find new ways to be entertained and the cell phone will continue shape society. Sometimes, better than giving advice about how to run things well, it can be useful to have a hit list to notice to help you identify when things are less than productive. Meetings can be hugely productive, especially if you keep a sharp eye out for these Ten things:-

1. No Agenda

   When there is no agenda, there is no opportunity to prepare, no framework for the meeting and no purpose. When this happens a lot, there is a tendency for 5 below.

2. Wrong people there

   Ever been to a meeting where there was no logical purpose for you to be there? Meeting time is valuable and it is important for efficiency and effectiveness that as few people attend as purposeful. People should appreciate that non-attendance at a particular meeting is OK and get used to it.

3. Overrun

   Those times when you sit in a meeting and watch your life slip away, are those that happened with poor meeting management. There is nothing worse than unkept promises (and meetings are just that – a contract to the participants time) and must be honoured. Everyone has a role here.

4. Indiscipline

   Many meeting participants do not know how to behave. These are things about them and their ego, lack of self-confidence and poor behaviours (out side the meeting too). Lack of courtesy, understanding and space for others to say their piece is inexcusable and not constructive for the outcome

5. The Leader Leads

   Here the meeting is at the beck and call of the leader or chair who really is holding court for themselves. This sort of meeting is about them showing that they are democratic, but they are nothing of the sort. This is a rubber-stamping meeting and is of little or no value

6. The Leader Doesn’t Lead

   Here there is free-for-all, with no leadership from the chair. Poor behaviours, timekeeping and outcomes riddle this sort of meeting, with and end no-result and frayed-tempered, frustrated people

7. Environment

   Too hot, too cold, no water, no breaks, too big, too small. Have you ever been in one of those meetings? And aren’t they awful, so awful in fact that you can’t do your best. This is a meeting where the organisers do not respect the participants

8. Nothing Happens

   A lovely chat, a few disagreements and ’see you next month’. This is the nice-to-have meeting which does nothing and goes nowhere. As Peter Drucker said, ‘Meetings are a symptom of bad organization. The fewer meetings the better’

9. Side-tracked/New Stuff

   With an agenda, people know what the meeting will be about – or will they. Even with the best agenda’d meeting weak processes tend to leave to new issues, side-tracking and wasted time. This is solvable with effort from the facilitator

10. No Review and Growth

    Meetings come and go and are always awful. They are unproductive, boring, overrun and people are there who shouldn’t be. If there is no review of just how good or bad the meeting has been, there will be no improvement. The leader/facilitator can add in meeting feedback as the first agenda item and stick to it – tough at first but gets easier.

Step by step, you can work, with a facilitator or not, to unravel just what needs to change. You will make a big difference, not only to meetings and how productive they are, but also to your capacity to build great relationships with the people who show up.
